As a Security Controller (Quality Assurance) he was responsible for Security Quality Assurance processes throughout the company (system wide).

As Project Manager for a key company-wide initiative which brought security systems to the highest international standards. This multi-million dollar Integrated Security System required interaction with Consultants, Contractors as well as communications throughout the organisation from Managing Director to casual staff and a comprehensive knowledge of the logistical, technical and practical components.

As Security Controller Northern Region, he headed the Aviation Security Management team to oversee the security operations at every level for Malaysian Airlines involving three airports i.e. Alor Setar, Langkawi and Penang. He successfully upgraded the quality of operations resulting in a significant improvement in anti-hijack, anti-sabotage and anti-pilferage measures, many areas of customer service, safety and day to day work ethics.

Lead a multi-faceted team comprising of Government / Regulatory bodies with the objective of conducting Risk Assessment and providing recommendations and actions to State Government.  

As a Principal Trainer Aviation Security, he was instrumental in developing, training and implementing numerous Aviation Security courses involving thousands of individuals both internally and externally.

He developed and implemented skill specific courses covering a wide range of vital operational skills. The courses included Investigation, Passenger profiling and Document verification, dealing with disruptive people, Anti-Hijack / Sabotage / Pilferage measures and Handling Acts of Terrorism.
